We craft our BBQ Beef Barley soup by smoking authentic Beef Prime Rib to perfection, ensuring a tender and delectable flavor. Next, we meticulously construct a robust flavor foundation using a combination of mirepoix, fresh herbs, and tomatoes. We elevate the taste profile by incorporating sweet corn, green peas, and tender barley, resulting in a soup so rich and satisfying that you can enjoy it with a fork or a spoon!

Roasted chicken in a rich chicken broth just like Baba made.  Onions, carrots, celery, cabbage, dill pickles, tomato essence, herbs & spices, all add to make this a hearty, filling soup you can enjoy for lunch or dinner.  Garnish at home with sour cream, for an even more authentic taste!

Made with no less than 7 different wildly foraged and cultivated mushrooms, aromatics & real cream. 

It is packed with tender Ontario pork, robust mixed beans, aromatic vegetables, and nutritious spinach. This brothy delight features a symphony of flavors from caramelized onion, roasted garlic, and a blend of fragrant herbs and spices. It is a nourishing bowl that embodies value and tastes perfect.

Chef Erik’s combination of garden vegetables, tomatoes, beans, herbs, spices & pasta.  This is a soup whose ingredients change with the market, but keep a solid recognizable base.  Rich vegetables, pasta & a flavorful broth, will leave you feeling happy & healthy!

Ripe tomatoes slightly kissed, with a touch of hickory smoke. Then we add cream, more tomatoes, garlic, herbs & balsamic vinegar.  Pureed smooth, finished with real cream & seasoned just right.  Perfect to go with your favorite grilled cheese sandwich!

Our version of "Three Sister Soup", starts with an incredibly flavorful butternut squash & potato base.  Sweet corn, edamame, roasted peppers, & spinach, all add texture, then just the right amount of Sumac is added, for that unmistakable earthy punch. 

Hearty real ingredients, slow simmered in chicken stock, pureed and finished with even more broccoli, Old Cheddar cheese & real cream.  This soup is sure to bring back memories with a touch of sophistication!
